OE Philanthropy and Social Impact (OE Impact) is a network of OEs, aiming to accelerate and enhance the philanthropic impact of the OE community by advocating and actively encouraging OE philanthropy and involvement in social impact.

What Information We Collect, Use, and Why
We collect or use the following personal information:
- Names and contact details
We get your personal data either directly from you, or via introduction from other members.
We use this information to:
- Register your interest in the work and development of OE Impact
- Make you aware and invite you to events that we may run from time to time
- Send you communications relevant to OE Impact and the wider philanthropic and social impact space (e.g. a Newsletter)
- Support engagement between members

Consent – we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Legitimate interests – we're collecting or using your information because it benefits you, OE Impact, or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:
- Accelerating and enhancing the philanthropic impact of the OE community
- Actively encouraging OE philanthropy and social impact
- Supporting the development of a network of OEs interested and active in philanthropy and social impact (e.g. through events, newsletters and other forms of communication as applicable)

How Long We Keep Information
We only retain your personal data for as long as you wish to remain a member of the OE Impact community.
Where you have indicated that you no longer wish to receive any communications from us, we will retain certain necessary information in order to enable us to comply with that request.
